The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

User comments: Images uploaded by users may not have text alternatives because we cannot ensure the quality of user contributions. We monitor user comments and typically repair issues within ten (10) business days.

Archived documents: Older archived documents might not work well with current assistive technologies because they use outdated formats that do not support accessibility. We convert such documents to newer formats upon request within three (3) business days.
