Jeff Provost, Founder & CEO of Key Performance Integrators
His career has taken him through many different kinds of businesses and organizations but the underlying theme has been helping businesses, and their people, improve their processes, achieve their goals, and fulfill their vision.
When Staples needed to integrate with a business acquisition, Jeff led the charge. He developed the integration process and integrated systems and people across multiple business units throughout the organization.
After 7 years in corporate America, Jeff led agile startups in their pursuit of process development and scale. His work led to increased profitability, happy customers, and fulfilled employees.
Behind every great business is a Jeff, making sure the organization runs smoothly, and when things get off track, they are quickly corrected.
We may not have all the answers but we will find them. Our knowledge and networks help us solve problems and ensure that we have the right tools and support to fulfill our partners’ vision.
We enjoy the work we do and the people we get to work with. We do work hard, but we recognize that, in order to be successful, we need to take time for ourselves too. We continuously learn and have growth mindsets.

Meet Tim Wear, Fractional COO
Tim has a passion for growing and scaling businesses. In his twenties, he got his first shot at business ownership, and partnered with his father to grow and scale the family landscaping business. By building out a stone division of the company and over 4x the size of their maintenance client base, the company saw significant growth in just a few short years. After nearly 8 years of co-owning the family business, Tim went into banking to pursue formal training in corporate finance, an area he found he was very weak in during his years in business. After half a decade in banking and another half a decade in outsourced accounting, he has decided to help small businesses get back to growth mode here at KPI. Leveraging his formal training in finance, his experience in operational leadership roles within the EOS® framework and his own lessons learned running his own businesses, Tim partners with companies in the trades and professional services to help them build strong core processes and get real traction.
