About Key Performance Integrators

We’re naturally helpful people. Our creative solutions come from past experiences and know-how to help others get to the root of their problem — and solve it right the first time. Genuinely — that is why Jeff started Key Performance Integrators, and it’s what attracted everyone who works here.

Mission Statement

We help business owners achieve their goals and grow their business.

Our Fractional COOs take things off your plate so you can focus on the big picture.

What’s our Why?

All business owners are do-ers. But growing a business means taking on responsibilities outside of your skill set, this leads to tasks going unfinished — we’re finishers. We see the potential in these businesses, and being the naturally helpful people we are, strive to push them past their roadblocks to fulfill their vision.

Jeff Provost, Founder & CEO of Key Performance Integrators

His career has taken him through many different kinds of businesses and organizations but the underlying theme has been helping businesses, and their people, improve their processes, achieve their goals, and fulfill their vision.

When Staples needed to integrate with a business acquisition, Jeff led the charge. He developed the integration process and integrated systems and people across multiple business units throughout the organization.

After 7 years in corporate America, Jeff led agile startups in their pursuit of process development and scale. His work led to increased profitability, happy customers, and fulfilled employees.

Behind every great business is a Jeff, making sure the organization runs smoothly, and when things get off track, they are quickly corrected.

Our Values

  • Resourceful

We may not have all the answers but we will find them. Our knowledge and networks help us solve problems and ensure that we have the right tools and support to fulfill our partners’ vision.

  • Happy

We enjoy the work we do and the people we get to work with. We do work hard, but we recognize that, in order to be successful, we need to take time for ourselves too. We continuously learn and have growth mindsets.

  • Successful

Our team is passionate about setting and achieving lofty goals. You’ll see us celebrate our wins and learn from our failures. Continuous improvement is the name of the game because success is a journey, not a destination.

  • Helpful

We’re genuinely helpful — always willing to share our time and expertise with others to add value. Everyone at KPI loves the feeling of helping other people solve problems and achieve their goals.

We believe that business owners need good data to make smarter business decisions. All businesses have a set of key processes that deliver value. Those processes are executed by people. Those people need clarity about what they are doing and why, with specific measurable performance targets. That performance data should be reviewed regularly. Armed with the insights and clarity into how your business is performing, there is little you can’t achieve.

Meet Tim Wear, Fractional COO

Tim has a passion for growing and scaling businesses. In his twenties, he got his first shot at business ownership, and partnered with his father to grow and scale the family landscaping business. By building out a stone division of the company and over 4x the size of their maintenance client base, the company saw significant growth in just a few short years. After nearly 8 years of co-owning the family business, Tim went into banking to pursue formal training in corporate finance, an area he found he was very weak in during his years in business. After half a decade in banking and another half a decade in outsourced accounting, he has decided to help small businesses get back to growth mode here at KPI. Leveraging his formal training in finance, his experience in operational leadership roles within the EOS® framework and his own lessons learned running his own businesses, Tim partners with companies in the trades and professional services to help them build strong core processes and get real traction.
