Who we are looking for
You have run operations inside a real business. You have owned a number, built and fixed processes while the work kept moving, hired people and let people go. You are the one who rolls up their sleeves and gets it done, not the one who leaves a deck and a bill.
Owners hand us their businesses because we have sat where they sit. That only works if the person we send has done the job. So this is not a role for someone who wants to learn operations. It is a role for someone who has already lived them.
What the work looks like
The through-line is the same on every engagement: make the business worth more and less dependent on any one person.
You hold the seat
You go into an owner-led business as the operator: document the work, systemize it, put accountability in place and make it stick. Real authority, real ownership of the outcome.
Outcomes, not hours
We sell results and the artifacts that prove them, not a timesheet. You land a named win against a named problem and you hand over something the business keeps.
Range
Process documentation, systems and automation, strategic planning, the operator seat, M&A integration. You will not do all of it. You will do what the business in front of you actually needs.
