Background
Most workflow problems aren’t solved by more software. They’re solved by getting the software a business already has to work together, and building the missing piece only when nothing off the shelf fits. That’s the work Conor does.
At KPI, Conor leads technical design and the build on Workflow Automation and AI Solutions projects. He checks what a client’s tools can actually do, connects the systems that should be talking to each other and builds custom components where they earn their place. He works alongside Rebecca Blichmann, who defines the process and makes sure the team adopts it.
Conor also founded Merrimack AI & Data Solutions in 2025 to help businesses improve how they work with practical software and AI. His work there includes AI phone reception, custom web and mobile apps and purpose-built tools for touring production crews.
