# Key Performance Integrators

> Operator-led M&A advisory for owner-led businesses. KPI helps owners buy the right business and make it work, build a company that is more valuable and easier to own, then sell it when the time is right.

Most advisors tell an owner whether a transaction can close. KPI has operated and integrated businesses on the other side of that decision, so the question we answer is whether the business will actually work afterward. When the deal is done we stay to do the work that makes the value real.

The thread through all three tracks is owner dependency. A business that depends too heavily on its owner is harder to run, harder to grow, riskier to buy and worth less when it is time to sell. That is the problem KPI solves, before, during and after a transaction.

Founded 2022. Based in Massachusetts, working with owner-led businesses across the United States. The integration framework comes from twelve acquisitions our founder has integrated as an operator, including a five-agency roll-up he integrated as COO.
